What is this Classroom Management Program?
Aʻo Time offers real and proven classroom management strategies. We help educators to increase student scores and decrease office referrals. How? First, we studied strategies that researchers found were common among teachers who developed good student-teacher relationships and increased learning outcomes. Then, we used our experience to adapt these solutions for the unique students and teachers of Hawaiʻi. The good news is that now all educators can learn and develop these strategies in classrooms throughout the state of Hawaiʻi.
How long is the training?
Each On-Site Training Seminar includes 5 instructional hours plus breaks.
What if our school does not have a full day available for training?
Your trainer can work with you to develop a plan that best meets your campus needs. This means that you may be able to break up the training day into smaller units over a period of time.
Do you travel to neighbor islands or do we have to travel to Oahu?
Yes, we can travel to you! A 4 person minimum is required. Each On-Site Training Seminar includes 5 instructional hours plus breaks. Work with your trainer to arrange training location and schedule. Travel fees may be included in total seminar cost. If you do not meet minimum participation required, we may be able to combine two groups or let you attend with another group. Contact us to work out logistics.
Can we have our training on a Saturday?
